Varitronic cutting at high revs.

I'm having a problem with my TS1 and varitronic. At high revs (9000-9500) and expecially on a climb the lammy starts splutter and the revs don't rise anymore. Have tried to change the jets, spark plug, ht cap, cdi and tried to rn it without the regulator, but nothing changes.
I'll have to check the stator but before i want to know if there are other solutions!

Have you followed the revised CamLam fitting/set up instructions?

h yes i fitted it a year ago and the engine was revving well , now it just started to cut the revs.
Tomorrow i'll try another stator plate.

Yes, i've tried another cdi too. Could a cracked reed cause this problem too?

You could try this place as they repair Beta 3 systems which is what the Varitronic is.
