I sold mine before I restored it, but I've heard on the original carbs due to bad lubrication the slide on the carb wears out the horizontal bore in the housing leading to bad running on idle and lack of top end power.
One solution was using an adapted manifold with a 24mm Mikuni carb...

I used a rubber hose at 90 degrees and used a 25mm carb but it was too long and didnt do performance any good.Im looking into a manifold to allow the PX carb to be mounted keeping the manifold short.If good i get get them made if there is a demand.
