VHSH filter

I need a filter to fit a 30m delly vhsh (rb) that will fit under a pannel. Have SS Scoot products tank with large cut out and either want filter sitting in the gap or horizontal pointing towards the front of the panel.

The 2 things that concern me are the width of the bellmouth rim on the vhsh, not really eneough for a jubilee clip but maybe a zip tie would work. The 2nd is the angle of the tube clearing the panel? It may also be a tad tall but i should be able to cut the neck of the plastic pipe down and then re fit the filter to accomadate the gap it will sit in.

Im hoping LTH will be at wicksteed as i saw a likley looking one on there stall at iow but like an idiot didnt get it...

Any suggestions welcome
