I can't get the light switch housing off. Wellied a load of WD40 into it, but it won't shift.

Also, two screws going into the horncast won't shift.

Any advice please?

only advice I can give is soak the screws (with WD40) a couple of times and leave over night the try and warm up the alloy with as much heat as you can get into it, and make sure you have the best fitting screwdriver .....Then cross your fingers and hope it comes out.... ;)

Cheers.

I'll have a go again tomorrow with the blow torch.

and try to slightly tighten them, they'll only need to move
a tiny amount then they can be carefully undone

Soaking in diesel works best, be careful if using a flame to heat up metal alloy melts quicker than you think. IMO heat gun is much safer bet! ;)
