Casing was powder coated and overspray got into lugs that silent blocks go. Should I just use some fine emery to take down the overspray back to ally carefully, or use Notromors? Don't want to try putting new blocks in and feck the casing  :? Don't want to have sloppy blocks either   Also, do any of you use a bit of grease to help the blocks in?

Answers pre Saturday, please :D

Ive used light emery to remove slight overspray from powder coat with good results...just make sure you remove the powder coat only..

Having spent hours stripping powdercoat in the past I was chuffed to discover recently that if you just apply thinners or gunwash to the areas in question ,after a short while the coating can be peeled off with a scraper.
