The tailpipe of my ancillotti disappeared on the way to brid. I was thinking about buying a snail type exhaust but have no experience of them. Are they quieter that clubmans? I'm running an imola 186 dellorto carb.

I have a JL curly on my series 1 muggy. It replaced an Ancillotti. The best thing I ever fitted, revs out far more and its a lot quieter than the JL on my Imola setup, and a lot better than the Ancillotti. I did have to modify the flywheel side foot board as the part that drops down in front of the fan touched the pipe and had to be adjusted with a big hammer

Any chance you'd have a photo of the kickstart side as I'd be fitting to a s1 also.
