Anyone know who's selling converted GP drum links to accept damper studs?

Rich Presley's out of stock.

Drop BRMspeedwell a PM on the LCGB forum, he can convert them for you ;)

Thanks Mike, but I could do with a complete new (other) set.

The ones on the bike aren't a good matching pair and are creating wheel alignment problems. I was hoping to pick up some converted Italian GP 150 ones.

I've seen a few dealers are offering remade ones, but they all seem to be cast and originate in Vietnam. I 'm not sure I trust cast metal from Nam. They will be going on someone else's scooter and if they are not good enough for me I won't be fitting them to anyone else's scoot either.

Dont use Indian links I dropped one on the floor with one of our 12 mm studs welded on and the stud snapped off taking cast metal from link with it! Possibly some of the older Indian ones may be ok but we wont use them due to safety issues and definately dont use the aftermarket remade ones . Italian or Spanish are fine to weld to if you have a welder with enough amperage!
