I have fitted a new ignition switch to the GP 500 today. It is a 7 wire 4 position ( 0 1 2 3 ). But I'm a loss what to do with the blue wire I seem to have left over. Any thoughts ???

Pink- I have put to earth.
Brown- is the power from the loom.
Orange- to the dip switch.
Yellow- front side light bulb.
Black- tail light/speedo bulb.
Green- engine kill.
Blue- ??????????

If you have an electronic loom, connect it to the browns.
If you have a standard loom connect it to the purple (grey on battery type loom).

All sorted now thank you firekdp, ignition switch and dip switch/horn all working as they should. Just need to find out why my Acewell speedo is just flashing on and off. I'm hoping that it is because it doesn't like running off the battery charger.
