ime running a malosi 172 standard carb simmonini exhaust t5 4th gear want a bit more any ideas

28mm or 30mm carb, jl rh exhaust.

30mm carb, MB VForce reed valve, lots of porting, JB Tuning Suzuki conversion, JL Right hand pipe, 20+ BHP, rev 10000+ RPM...Very fast, very revy, lots of fun...long range tank and pump, and you will still be stopping at every petrol garage.

Not the best town set up but great fun on the motorways....

The cheapest speed improvement would be a 21 tooth clutch . 5% extra top speed .
