Depending on ur weight and that of the scooter 15 46 would work and allow the kit to rev nicely

Had the same problem with mine with the same box as you, went from there to italian GP, better but massive gap between 3rd & 4th. Then went with indian GP box which has shorter gap, running 18x47 using a franspeed race. Pulls in 4th and hills no issue and still has power band on tap....oshboshjosh wrote:just wondering what is everyone running ive got 17/47 on a li 150 box at the moment but it dies when you drop it into fourth

AF close ratio box with 18 x 47 [closer ratios than GP200], same as above with 5.22 should work well. 80 mph at 8,000 rpm and get there very quickly.
For a real hooligan, the AF box with 17 x 46 = 5.41, a wheelie machine, top end won't get much over 70 but it will fun getting there, not a rally machine, just a Sunday Harley killer.
