Fly side bearing

3rd time this has happened!!!!!... 
This last time was 11 miles in to a 65 mile run to a rally
18/7/15
.Flywheel side bearing race has tried to work its way off the crank, resulting in the bearing collapsing and the needle rollers jamming the crank...After the 1st time i had the crank checked for twisting and was ok..used genuine Vespa bearings and loctite on the race and had the crank and bearings refitted by a trusted local scooter tech.
Local scooter bods not heard of this happening before ...Any ideas why ? or solutions to the problem would be gratefully accepted . HB fettled P200crank running with a HB stage 4 barrell , head & piston.
