main jet too big? muggy 186

My muggy 186 early model running delly 26 phbh has a 112 main ,does this sound too big,it does suffer from 4 stroking quite bad ,x 7 needle,2nd top,av 264,53 pilot,ram filter,any ideas please.

built a [v.4] 186 last year
ended up with same carb spec as yours, apart from a 105 main.
with a filter fitted, went down to 48 on the pilot
the scooter has done a couple of thousand miles without any problems since
this with an ancillotti clubman
what pipe are you using ?
