mugello jetting

can anyone help me with some jetting advise for a mugello 186 with 30mm dellorto phbh with ram air filter on standerd elbow and scoots rs exhaust rang a couple of dealers with conflicting advise just wonderd if anyone running same set up and can give me a safe starting point.
