I had two done by midas touch, cost about £50+..., it took forever to get them back and they went straight in the scrap as the quality was complete shite, they had already started to rust when I un packed them. Complete waste of time and money.

I should have complained but at the time I was too busy and had lost the will to live. It had taken so long I needed the scoot back on the road...ended up buying an Indian reflector instead.

I was very pleased with the job London chroming did on mine.

reflectors should be resilvered, NOT chromed, as reflection is less when chromed.

If it's any use,
I brought a repro reflector and added my original lens to it, perfect fit, looks the parts as well.
Failing that Scooter emporium may have some NOS reflectors which would work out cheaper than chroming your old one..... I was also told chrome is no good for reflectors as well.

I enquired about resilvering and was quoted in excess of £100 by three companies, very expensive. The Winter Model reflectors are unique and AFAIK there isn't another match, I went the chroming route that cost £20, I'm sure there a reason for silvering but with a 45 year old lense I doubt I'll notice a difference.
