My muggy 186 is very boggy when pulling away ,seems to run out of puff in top even on slight hill.Using a 26mm phbh ,electronic ,ram filter, timing set to 19,it seems like it is carb related,112 main x7 needle 2nd top,any ideas please.
Thanks Ian :fb:

probably more info needed...
other carb spec eg atomiser, slide
pipe ?
gearing ?
did it run ok before ? or has it always run so ? changed anything on the engine?
when you do get it running cleaner, I would knock the timing back at least a couple of degrees

Would it be worth changing front sprocket on a muggy set up ?
