Hi guys have acquired a ts 240 sprinter , on stripping engine and subsequent finding off crank out by 15 thou , i'm looking into which will be the best option ? Crank is 62mm MB built and welded pin on maz webs with a rotax 115 rod, now the rod and bearing are sweet as only covered 20 odd miles!! Think it has eccentric pin as on spec sheet is listed as 62mm webs , rotax 115 rod , weld and true 22/24.
Engine is circa 35hp and heavily ported etc .
What are my best options would new webs and new pin utilising the rod??
