Hi all,

I hava a problem with my MKIII LD150. The so called epicyclical kickstart is separated from the engine by an o-ring (marked n° 54 on the drawing) because bevel n°51 is lubricated by the engine oil.
So all the rest of the kickstart mechanism is lubricated by grease you can add before closing and refill through greaser n°25.

My problem is that the oil keeps coming in the greased part of the mechanism. I already changed o-ring twice but still oil coming through i think the 2 bronze bushings around wich the bevel revolves.

Does someone remakes these?

Could it be something else? What do you think?

Thanks,

S

Better to keep quiet and be thought of as a D!ck Head, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

You could also try talking to Danny at Scootopia who is a master of the mysteries of the LD engine. ;)
