I'm running an Imola and getting a bit of clutch drag, I fitted a five plate clutch, upgraded springs with the standard clutch bell. Not sure if to just add a centre spring or change to a deeper clutch bell if I change to a deeper clutch bell what else do I need to change.

you only need to add springs to stop clutch slip , i have found drag is caused by either not enough clearance between plates when the clutch is depressed by 3mm using the compresseor or bent/warped steels (1mm's are terible for this),wear in crownwheel slots, burred edges on steels and/or corks or pressure plate touching crownwheel when compressed so in theory locking it as one unit,or wrong oil for corks, different length springs (even a little matters big time).
hope some of this helps

I recently found that one of these was causing clutch drag because the end faces of the spring weren't parallel. This made the plates release unevenly, so they were free on one side and touching on the other.
