Dell'orto PHBL power jet

I was playing about with my collection of part-complete Dell'orto carbs and came across an unfamiliar jet under the bowl of a 28mm carb.



I traced the route through the carb, and discovered that it is a power jet that feeds into top of the mouth of the carb.



I think the carb may have come from a Honda NSR125. Dell'orto UK sell a jet kit for £10 for this bike, which features a "power jet".

Am I the last person in the world to dicover this, or is this news to anyone else?
