Hello does anybody know how to adjust an R 1 shock for correct set up? thanks

You will need the special tool sold with them..

I have the spanner but am not sure what setting it needs to be on, same as the 2 adjuster screws not sure witch click they sould be on.

There's no 'set' setting. It'll depend on a variety of factors like: your weight, what riding you do, etc.
PB does suspension set ups on bikes most months. Although they're not going to tell you how to set up an R1 shock on a Lambretta, there's clues enough to give you a heads up on how to do it.

i think the rebound adjuster is best left alone ...the preload is up to you ...whether you carry (passenger ,luggage etc)

start on the softest and see

What is it exactly your want.to do with the set up Norris , lift it lower it..?

just google it ,,,, its all on there ,

bump re bound stiffness ,, its all down to personal choice,,

scooters aint as set up able as bikes so dont expect wonders but if you play about with the settings

it will make a difference
