Won't Run - Can't think of a more catchy title

Ran GP a couple of miles today. Been trying to get the jetting right.

It was a a bit too boggy up to half throttle. But apart from that starting first kick every time and didn't run too bad.

Tonight I go out to start it. It starts and I get 50 yards down the street and trying to run it and it won't rev. It then dies. Trying to start it and it took ages, then died again. Now it won't start.

The only thing I changed was to try and lean it a bit by moving the clip on the needle up one notch. Nothing else.

I took the carb apart and cleaned it out. Nothing.

Puzzled - Belfast.

You might find you've dragged a ton of unused fuel into the cylinder a d exhaust..2 cures..leave to evaporate or kick it over ignition turned off for a good while..is the plug soaked.

Didn't get that far mate. Central plug head (have to drop the shock) It got dark out and I ran out of time. The weather has been horrific today and I didn't get a chance to do anythin til tonight.

Loads of kicks in the end and nowhere. So I just walked away. I will go back tomorrow.

The trouble I've had in the past when you get the boggy revs is you can tend to rev which will sling more fuel in..more at times then it can use so throws it out the exhaust side..had this happen on more than one occasions on a few 2 strokes..try again in morning but firstly set it back to pre problem mate..you due at diablos soon to get it set up..?

Now that would add up with the choke problems from earlier posts Bilko.

That's what it was like, but some sort of extreme style. As once you tried to open the throttle it just went bwoooooorrrp and refused anything and died.

No. I checked it was seating properly.
