BGM Rear Shock Instructions

I didn't get any with the shock.

For the benefit of others TBH the instructions are too complicated, so I, and many others just set the rebound with about and inch of thread at the top of the spring and set the compression on the middle click, tighten or loosen the spring for a harder/softer feel.

Are your instructions for the first ones or the later ones with the extra adjustment? If its the earlier can you mail me a copy as well....please :D [email protected] ta

Dunno, but sent anyway ;)

When you say extra adjustment, do you mean 40 clicks for rebound instead of 16?

Hi Guys,

Did this setup method work out to be ok?
As per previous thread I received no instructions, 1’’ exposed thread seems like a lot of compression?
