end caps for 42mm clubman

just wondering if anyone knew where i could get an end cap for my clubman to quieten/sweeten up the exhaust note. saw a fella with one on his at the weekend sounded spot on. He said he thought camlam had made them his was like a spoon end? It just bolted on about 4 inches long thanks
