I've been working on a mates P2 today. It packed up on the way to Exmouth last weekend. After a quick look the piston is holed and the sides a little scored. The scoring looks like the normal wear and tare I'd expect from a high mileage rally goer, but the hole is a worry. The only thing I found was the head had been leaking, would that be enough to hole the piston guys ???? The scooter is bulk standard except for a PM tuning pipe. I hav'nt checked the main jet size yet, what should it be ???

runs sweet now 2 up flat out with a 123 main
QUITE HOW AN EXPERIENCED DYNO OPERATOR WOULD PUT SUCH A LARGE MAIN JET IN AND NOT REALIZE THERE IS A PROBLEM IS BEYOND ME !

Thanks Shocky, the parts will be here in the week. I will take out the main jet and have a look.
