just found some nice pics again.
the lambretta of tennis star björn borg.
bb bought it brand new from the lambretta dealer in stockholm.
bb sold the scooter in the ´90s to the new owner (a swedish lambretta scooterist and collector).
its in a incredible perfectly conserved original condition and has
very very few kms on the speedo. its nearly like new.

great hair,great tennis outfits,great girlfriends,great tennis and now we found out he has great taste in wheels. - " not for me ze aircraft design of ze saab or ze prakticality of ze Volvo, ze only choice for the millionaire international tennis star to travel is ze 200dl lambretta, i am not going to spend the extra moola on ze electronic version or my fans will think i am ze "flasche Harris". now i will wait in my chalet for ze first snows in order to enjoy the benefits of the Michelin ACS tyre." the real question is why he sold it and bought a lear jet.

my question is, how on earth, a country that sees the sun for just some hours a year and gets more snows than the Himalayas, has so many tasty scooters. I will always fail to understand it.
