I had a very basic SRs kit on my scoot, it had a 64mm piston but it snapped a ring and scored the barrel a bit.
So a little while back i had it took out to 66mm. Due to the fact that i had a new 66mm piston (goetze?) knocking around and couldnt afford any other option.
Im using the same head, It runs ok, but i was wondering if i needed to get the head re-profiled to suit?
cheers
do i need to re-profile my cylinder head? 64mm-66mm

Not so much reprofiled as opened out to match the bore.Take the cylinder off and bolt the head on with some spare studs, centralise the head and see if there is some gasket face to remove. It may run fine as is but you could have the risk of the piston hitting the step and will the squish work correctly?
"Goetze" pistons are "AE Goetze", just the name of the company that took over Hepolite.
