time to make another start on it, getting pi$$ed off seeing it everyday in bits and covered in foam.

ok I know the directions goes top of the head top of the radiator bottom the the radiator to the bottom of the head I think :freak: :freak: :freak: could be wrong.

I think the Red arrows are right but I have made a tube to hold the switch's for the Temp gauge & fan switch

I have just noticed the green arrows the wrong way round it should say in at the top and out at the bottom like the red arrow because the water pump is where the rear brake should be and I can't be bothered to log back into photobucket takes to long....

am I right or wrong doing it like the green arrows (in top left, out bottom left, in top right, out bottom right) hope this make sensce.. had a few :fb: :fb: :fb: :fb:

After a lot of thought And discussion about this we came to the conclusion it will work but a better way would be for the 2 inlets to be at top of rads and the 2 outlets at bottom of rads. The reasoning being that hot water is lighter than colder water so as water cools it will sink to bottom of rad. I hope this helps

this goes in the top on the right then out the bottom then in the top on the left and out the bottom on the left,

if I have 1 going in at the top on mine it must come out the bottom first or do I

in top of first rad from top of head and out bottom of first rad into top of 2nd rad and back to bottom of head , 2 x inlets at top of rads and 2 x outlets at bottom of rads

I know mate, I am crap at drawing well I have a choice now get on with it or sell it
I am board now of waiting now after 3 scooter shops have messed me around I have
lost all the drive to finish it, same with the T5 I might just mat black the T5 and start
using sod the plating and engraving cant be bothered now to do 2 show scooters.

Thats my smallframe and in the pic it had an electric pump which didnt work when that pic was taken.
I have since re-rooted the hoses, they look virtually the same as in the pic but they are routed as Mark said earlier

On mine the flow goes from left to right as below:

pump > In bottom of barrel > Out top of head > In top right rad > out bottom right rad > in top left rad > out bottom left rad > pump
