Indian frame numbers

A friend has just bought a box of engine parts and a GP frame and bits of bodywork. The frame number has the SIL logo followed by *22/0*/02*120941. I think this means it is an Indian GP150 that was built for the UK market, but I cannot find what year, can anybody help?
The engine casing is a 200 cc casing but it looks like somebody has possibly taken a file to it and restamped it, but the numbers make no sense. It's marked LIVSJM11, again can anybody help?
Thanks
Phil

You could try contacting Pete Davies of the British Lambretta Archive He will be able to tell you.

Aren't you allowed to stamp new bare casings with initials/postcode/housenumber or something to identify it?

you can but it could be mistaken for a dodgy case
