Panal pin Removal

The female bit in the frame of a PX. (The bit that carries the Leccy)
Anyone know how they come out?

If Im stripping a bike for paint i just break them out from the inside. You cant really get them out without damaging them and they're cheap enough just to put a new ones in.

O.K thanks for that, I'd tried pushing them out from the inside so i'll have to use the hammer and buy some more.
