i have a knackered TS1 barrell , thinking of going down the iron liner route , but, who does iron liners .........m.b. showing £220 on their website , seems a bit steep !!
never squat down when wearing spurs !!
PJME can do this for you for.

Works out around 160 quid I think. PJ's obviously keep costs lower as they buy more liners and do more of these. If you want a scooter dealer to do it, expect to pay extra as all but one or two of them will simply ship it out and add there bit on top. You'll need to send them your piston and any special porting requirements. My Imola sleeving was done by a scooter nut for around £190.
several mates have asked why I didn't have it welded n relined, and I guess I just wanted the benefit of being able to clean up or rehone / rebore.
With 4 oversizes of my piston choice I can only see years and years of payback.
