Disc Brake - Headset

Appreciate any advice on where to drill headset for hydraulic hose - what size hole etc.
Piccy's would be good.

I don't usually drill a hole when I do this, I just file a groove in the top and bottom of the headset with a round file.

Me too,but I only do the headset lower by about 1/2 inch .
