super ts1 dyno results ................

hi everyone , due to computer problems , chris sturgess has asked me to load the following dyno graph on a new spec of ts1 that hes just completed , below is the information ..
Most of the TS1 engines I've built have either had longer stroke cranks or bigger bore size or a combination of the two to give a bigger cc to gain more hp and torque,together with a tuned cylinder. But wot performance increase came from wot? i will probably never know without doing step by step dyno testing that i have neither time or money to do so i set about building a new motor without the extra cc to see what could be done by good tuning alone and the readily available bolt on kit that we all know and use
A standard TS1 225 should produce between 19-21 hp with a 58 mil crank keeping it a straight 225. So if the kit is then tuned it would be easier to see the power increase from the tuning and not from a bigger bore and longer stroke.
The tuning work to the casing,cylinder and the head were done by a New School Tuner to a very high standard with no welding to the casing or the cylinder as this was the brief i gave but surprisingly was what was preferred by him for reasons that made total sense when explained,the port layout was unusual and many areas were left untouched it still has a single ex port but 2 extra transfers added , the transfer entry's at the base were kept to the standard size and the casing matched to them and additional case porting thats never been seen before by me and i guess others.. The engine was built by myself (its my own engine) paying great attention to clearances and the reduction of any friction where possible,i designed my own inlet arrangement based on an mb unit that was coupled with a vf3 that i matched to the new inlet.The crank was installed using some new thought process which again made perfect sense when explained All the parts used are all off the shelf parts and of a high quality.So it's a TS1 225 ( 58x70 ) with no welding and a tune to the case ,cylinder and head reworked running a 35 mikuni / jl franspeed / vf3 / RT ignition kit etc etc
