Casing bearing removal temp

Approximately what temperature do you need to get the engine casing up to to safely remove the rear hub and crank bearings? I've always done it by judgement and the spit test, but have a hand held lazer temp guage, so could measure it accurately, and so avoid feckin it up. ;)

150 degrees Celsius Maximum.

It comes out easily at colder temps but goes back better if heated a little.

The alloy can safely withstand upto 150 degrees without any problems.
But then again I could be wrong.
