On the way back from kelso my clutch and gear change got a little stiff. Im heading to the euro in 10 days so i thought I go in and investigate / torque up the vitals. Turns out one of the rivets had worked free in the spider. The bretta paranoia kicked in so I removed the endplate and the gears to see if any of the rivet was rolling around....none to be seen! I have replaced the spider with a racetour one (nae Rivets) put it all back closed up the chaincase popped it on the jack to get it into nuetral to sort out new gear cables and it jumps into a gear as soon as you spin the wheel. I will add it has no gear oil in it at this time.
opinions welcome?
