Trying to help a friend who has a problem with his lights, we can get the rear light ,festoon and speedo bulb to light up but no power to the main /dip bulb
could this be a problem with a switch or ignition any advice would be gratefully excepted . it is a indian gp 200

If it's a standard non battery Indian then all the lights that are working are fed by the loom purple (or blue). The loom brown supplies the main/dip and horn, is the latter working?
