What do people do with the little pink overflow tubes on a TM24 carb?
Grateful to receive any suggestions, including the inevitable humorous ones
Cheers,
Nigel

I've got an LI/SX flywheel cowling on mine and feed the pipes through the guide which would ordinarily be used if you were using a standard carb for the breather/overflow.Threaded through and a cable tie to hold in place below the guide

. Assuming you've got it on the "standard" side of the engine

I don't have that bit on my flywheel cowl so I just use a small tie wrap around all three pipes and another from that to one of the bits in the centre of the flywheel cowl.

Thanks for the info guys! I don't have that bit on my flywheel cowl either so I stuck a small clip in a similar place and put them through that.
Cheers

Make sure they dont dangle or can be drawen up to the fan intake...I had a problem before where the bike would keep reving its head off while driving thought i had a air leak or getting starved of fuel decided to drive without the panel on, after a while going down the motorway it started again looked down and the pipes where been blowen and sucked up to the fan intake and the fan was sucking the fuel out of the carb through the pipes. so i dont use them any more

I'll watch out for that Shane! Thanks.
Hopefully the clip will keep them below the fan cowl.
