uncontrolable revs!

I have just re-built my LI150 engine and am now running it in, after riding it for a couple of miles when i engauge neutral it revs its nuts off and i have to turn the engine off!
Any ideas please.

1) Throttle cable snagging somewhere, or, more likely
2) air leak when warm (inlet manifold; exhaust gasket; head gasket; crank seals)

slide in the wrong way...not that iv done that you understand... :D

Thanks guys, i'll check for an air leak, my slide is in the correct way, i can't believe any one would put it in the wrong way! lol. :D

Hi Bofs, I had used the wrong gasket sealant, i used the red hermatite stuff and not the Blue high temp silicone sealant.

All i know is that it's done the trick, although the cylinder bolts could have been a bit tighter!
