Trying to get it off my series 2 and it's really stuck. Metal part of headset is pretty corroded.Had it soaking in easol etc and tried a bit of gentle heat. Problem is I don't want to damage it as it's in orig paint (spanish).
As usual, any help much appreciated.
Thanks.

Had the same problem on my Jet 200, gearchange was seized solid and did all the same things as you, ended up having intense heat applied which lost the paint im afraid as it was solid.
