Delorto "D" series needles.

Am i right in thinking A D22 is a richer Needle than a D 29 ?
D22 is 2.5 dia and 1.4 at the tip, c= 18
D29 is 2.5 dia and 1.8 at the tip, c=20
also if e is length of taper, what is c ?
