cutting out at junctions

scoot cuts out at junctions , not all the time but a lot
changed idle jet a few times , blew out carb, tried different plugs etc
its a 30m del av268, x13 top clip wth shim, 45 slide 125/128 main on a tuned muggy 225 with remote breathe sweet filter
appreciate any help

i have come down to a 48 idle jet and it is better but feel its too small for the motor ?
anyone?

If it seems happy to run on the 48 and doesn't race when hot and has a nice tick over it should be ok.Just be wary on the overrun after a high speed blast.I often have to down jet when fitting a filter.

easy way to check idle jet , ride up to full revs in first pull clutch in close throttle coast to stand still ,if it stalls or revs drop below tick over then pick up its rich(smaller pilot jet req) if revs hang high then drop its weak(bigger pilot jet req) had the same prob on my dtc easy fix
