just got it all back together ,after strip down,clean and a good coat of ankor wax.it stops well but goes like a bag off nails.....so the barell needs a rebore ,going to go up to 175,rejet the 20mm carb and get a clubman.
so who can supply a piston and rebore the barell,and ideas on cost please

First of all where is your location...? Theres loads of places about and you might live close to one, also someone might have they want to sell which could work out cheaper than having yours re-worked..

Scooter Restorations for a 175 conversion piston (not an ordinary TV175 piston), round about £30.

I use a guy in Bristol (Steve at "Piston Broke") who charges around £25 for the rebore to suit (let him have the new bare piston and old cylinder and he will do the necessary) Top geezer. He'd probably do a "while you wait" service if you asked him beforehand.

175 head off Ebay for around £20.00

Say £80 all in and away you go
