my mate has some non damper forks and links, how does one go about fitting dampers to them ? the forks aint the problem but the links are

Replace the none damper links with damper links. Voila!

You can get bolt in damper link brackets that bolt on the end of the spindle from scooter restorations or try mb developments,i've used them for years and they work very well.

Do a quick search for username shocky. he welded a set of damper lugs to my links and replated them. very neat welds and good plating.
