Readspeed 6 plate clutch slipping...Any ideas to beef it up?

The clutch in my TS1 engine has started to slip. Has anyone out there tinkered with one to try and improve one of these 6 platers? The lever is really soft, so could i put some stiffer springs in it, innit? If so, where do you get em from?

Also are they standard clutch plates in those bad boys? Which are the best ones to use for a stressed TS1 fire breather...? :frog:

as i explained earlier alex , i use p2 springs over the std readspeed springs, the green plates should measure 2.5 mm so i would replace if worn less than 2.3mm as that equates to 1.2mm less spring pressure in total.i had a long talk with the rock oil rep last week and he said if you run cork plates use st90, anyother style (green, red, motorcycle) use a 10/40,a 10/20 or a light gear oil. my problems i have had with my clutch bought this up with the rep and im pleased with what he suggested.
this is also what marco from lth suggested (10/30-10/20 oil)when i had a very interesting chat with him in antwerp. hope this helps mate. i will give a full report on rocho68's aprillia clutch soon

i was running a reedspeed 6 plate with st90 and it slipped so jerome told me to run with putoline sae90 and it slipped so i itted with p2 springs as well as sae 90 and it slipped ,changed to rockoil light gear oil but didnt give it any hard revs but it seemed ok. i then changed the whole setup to a rocho68 aprillia 6 plate clutch with light gear oil and am happy at mo. will do some more miles on sat hopefully and will report back then
