I have just been looking at stickys second edition book and noticed that the varitronic has a terminal for a battery. I am running varitronic on my scooter and didnt know this option was available  . What I would like to know is : if I buy one of the sealed batteries to use for the use of charging phone, sat nav, etc....how do I go about it I haven't got any idea where to start.
I have been looking at all the topics, but cant find anything. Any info greatly appreciated.....
Cheers

Sorry to bother you again Mark ;) Whats the best battery I would be able to use for this set-up?...Ive seen a lot on ebay like the 1.2 and 7.2......Its only for phone charging and possible sat nav use.....no spot lights or owt like that :)

i would use a minimum 5ah battery because it last's a fair time while engine is not running , making your phone charging possible by locking phone in toolbox while you go on p155.
i personally dont use anything less than a 7.2 ah one
