water cooling Qs

Ok im resurrecting my water cooling project, i started collecting parts a couple of years ago.

So i just need an idea of how i need to connect it all together i know there are various ways to do it, but im just after the basic set up.

The way i understand it is the top of the head connects to the top of the rad, the bottom of the rad connects to pump, which connects the bottom of the head. is this right in the basic form? which way should the pump, pump? into the rad or head?

Is there anything else i need? im not going with a fan but will have a temp gauge.

Sorry Carlos, I don't know the answer to your question but if you google it I am sure you will get the answer you need. Can I ask you what water-pump you are using?

The positioning of the pump is best going into engine because of temp of water, you have the flow right. Put temp sensor in head if poss if not put as close to outlet as as you can

I was thinking of having it constantly running, as i want to keep it as simple as possible. could it be switched on by a sender in the head?

This is where i am planning to put the rad. what do you reckon? will it get enough air ?

I know ill need a stone guard and i m thinking of incorporation a sort of scoop with it.

it can ....i would say better to do that as it will draw heavy on your battery

not a lot of space for air circulation behind it , poss ok with a fan in front blowing thru. i use a intermotor sensor to turn my fan on but pump is running all the time and water flow is controlled by a gilera runner thermostat. you def need a wassel dc conversion to run this efficiently

Theres not enough space in front of the rad for a fan, and not alot of space behind for the warm air to escape ? so i may need to cut the leggies behind ?
