Tape the new ones to the end of the old and pull them through the frame

Many thanks ArmandTanzarian, are they not held with straps like Lammy ones ? And would you recomend pulling from the top or bottom ?

Thanks again

depends what age /if original outer cables, as they are held together with a metal clip behind the horncast on some PX"s, and the taping together method will prove fruitless. a long piece of welding wire (or garden wire) threaded through the old and the new outers, and held in place with tape at one end, then pulled through, works better. remove horncasting to help jiggle cables helps as well.
