I've gone and shagged the thread on my Varitronic flywheel where the puller fits in. To get the flywheel off I'm thinking of making a puller that uses the 4xM6 fixing points for the fan, do you think this will surfice just to get the flywheel off once?

yes ive seen one made for a vespa, used more than once no doubt
