the frame is touching the inlet manifold, so is the easy fix putting a shorter shock on, the one on now is 300ml ?

Are you using standard Inlet Manifold? If so get MBD Manifold. or Offset Cones. I have MBD Manifold with 5mm packer for Boyssen Reeds and only Rear damper that fits so far is Taffspeed. But I'm sure without the packer I could get a BGM on.
