Just rebuilt a series 3 125 and now it wont start, was running previously. Has got got fuel with 3% mix, timing set to 19 degrees, checked piston is in the correct way this morning, am getting a healthy spark when plug is held on engine casing, if I take the air filter off and cover the carb with my hand when I kick over its wet with fuel.
Any suggestions
Regards
Piatti

had many similar problems myself - the one that took me the longest to figure out was a blocked exhaust.
if plug is wet and spark looks good - maybe worth checking.

Plug is wet after kicking over several times, I'll check the exhaust tonight and report back

could be excess oil in cylinder after rebuild. try warming the plug up (nice and hot) before starting

Ok, checked exhaust its not blocked, when I kick the scooter I can feel the air expelled from the exhaust.
Heated up plug and tried kicking over but still not starting...

Points or electronic? I'd double check the timing is 19 degrees BTDC too.

Brand new plug, which I have swapped with another brand new plug and checked...
electronic ignition, timing done with TDC tool and timing disc by myself...
