My wife has a vespa et4 125 leader engine x reg and very low milage, all was working fine till the other day when she went to use the electric start it just clicked, battery fully charged and tank full....any ideas??

Battery may be fully charged but too old/knackered to turn the motor. Could also be a stuck starter bendix.

I find in situations like this some gentle persuasion with a hammer normally does the trick,

i know its not the battery as its only about 7 months old, it has been mentioned it could be a fuse, is that a possibility?
